Terms & Conditions:


All items sold on our online store are second hand unless stated otherwise, but have been tested to ensure working and as stated. Photos are usually stock photos and may not accurately represent the product being offered due to reasonable signs of wear and tear which will be consistent with buying a second hand item. Items will usually NOT be supplied with original packaging unless stated as such.

Many of our products are strictly graded as either:

A. An item that is as good as new. No visible marks, scuffs or scratches. The item my also be complete with the original box, but this should be stated if so.

B. An item that is fully working with no faults or visible damage, but may have some minor wear and tear in the form of slight scuffs, scratches or marks that do not affect the normal operation of the product.

C. An item that is fully working with no faults, but may have some minor damage to exterior casing which does not affect the normal operation of the product. Minor damage may include deep scratches, scuffs or some superficial (non-essential or cosmetic) parts missing.

Faulty. An item that has been tested and found to have faults or not working at all. (Should be itemised in each listing)

If an item is not obviously graded in any product listing it should be assumed to be grade B


All items sold in our online store are subject to the same 90 day warranty we offer in our stores. Our warranty covers refund or replacement for any product proven to be faulty as supplied, but does not cover accidental damage or change of mind*
In the event of any warranty claim the buyer is responsible for return costs to return the item to us in the exact condition as supplied and must include any accessories supplied. Buyer must contact us and request an RMA using the 'Returns' link (Under 'Customer Service') at the bottom of any of our store pages BEFORE returning any item so that we can discuss the issues/claim and agree an acceptable course of action. Any item returned without prior contact or RMA will not be processed and may not be re-returned to customer.

Refunds will only be issued for items that are proved to be faulty as supplied and with no replacement available.


Our online store inventory is updated manually once or twice a day (Monday - Friday) when a member of staff is able to do so. This means that the current inventory may not always be accurate, especially at weekends or during holiday periods. In the event that an item is sold in our physical store and our online store has not been updated prior to your purchase we may not be able to fulfil your order if we have run out of stock. In the event this happens we will endeavour to contact you and offer an alternative if available (a different colour for example)
If a suitable alternative is not available or not acceptable then a full refund will be issued and your order will be cancelled.



Our online store is available for customers to buy from in UK ONLY. NO international sales will be processed under any circumstances. For any international sales ordered throiugh our online store a refund will be issued, minus any payment processing fees and then the order cancelled and the user deleted.
